DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation, MDAF) technology was developed at the highest level, and has been supplied to many wastewater treatment plants as a MDAF over the nation. MDOF (Michigan's Dissolved Ozone Flotation) system has been developed from the MDAF system. Ozone is used in DAF system instead of air. Thus the DOF system has an excellent separation capability with strong ozone oxidation power simultaneously. DOF system may remove suspended solids, oil, surfactant, and algae by flotation, and BOD, COD, color, odor, microbial agents, and various VOCs by ozone oxidation in one unit at the same time. We have a very unique technology to control ozone concentration in water by any requirement to remove various pollutants.
Michigan Technology brought ECO (Electrochemical Oxidation) technology into main stream in water treatment from the peripheral technology. MECO (Michigan Electrochemical Oxidation)technology is very excellent in treating leachate of landfill site, concentrate of RO system, and various industrial wastewater.
Michigan Technology provides an odor removal technology in water and/or air using strictly controlled ozonized water.
Michigan Technology has developed an advanced oxidation technology using Nano Zerovalent Iron (nZVI) for removing ETA (Ethanol Amine) and Hydrazine (H2H4) produced in nuclear and thermoelectric power plants, which are very much toxic and refractory materials. Microbiological treatment technology of ammonia nitrogen exceeding 2,000mg/l was also developed along with nZVI technology.
