M-DOF(Dissolved Ozone Flotation) system
M-DOF system uses ozone instead of air in M-DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) system. M-DOF system removes SS (Suspended Solids), turbidity, oil, surfactant, T-P, and algae by flotation, and removes color, odor, taste, BOD, COD, TOC, and do disinfection of microbial agents including virus and bacteria by ozone oxidation.

M-DAF(Dissolved Air Flotation)
Air is dissolved in water under 4~5kgf/cm2 of pressure. If this water is released at atmospheric pressure, numerous micro-bubbles are generated. The generated micro-bubbles float flocs on water surface, which are coagulated by coagulant. Floated flocs on water surface are removed by skimmer, and cleaned water is discharged from the bottom of the flotation basin.

PO3(Pressurized Ozone Oxidation)
Ozone is dissolved under high pressure of 4~10kg/cm2 in raw wastewater in which SS is already removed. Dissolved ozone in high concentration up to several hundred ppms removes color, COD, TOC, and highly refractory organic materials.

ECO (Electrochemical Oxidation)
Wastewater treatment process using Coagulation by Electrically induced chemical reaction, Electrically induced redox reaction, and Flotation by Electrochemically generated micro-bubbles.

Oil Separation System
Oil is effectively removed by separation using different series of micro-bubble applying system depending on oil concentration in wastewater.
